  1. How do I send my prescription to Prana?

    Simply download our app, sign up and upload a picture of your prescription. Don’t have your prescription on hand?

    No worries! Just give us your provider’s name and contact number and we will take care of the rest.

  2. How do I transfer my refills from my old pharmacy to Prana?

    Just provide us with your medication details and pharmacy name and we will handle the rest. We will get in touch with your old pharmacy and get your refills transferred. Enroll in our Auto Refill program and never worry about missing your refills. We also provide refill reminders if you do not wish to enroll for auto refill.

    You can always change your preferences through your account on the app.

  3. How does Prana work?

    Prana is just like a regular pharmacy but better, faster and more convenient. Prana gets your new prescriptions or your refills from your old pharmacy without you having to step into the pharmacy. Our easy app helps you to get your medication with the touch of a button. Get the benefit of having your medications delivered to you at no cost.

  4. How much do I pay to use the Prana App?

    The Prana app is completely free to download and use. We accept all insurances and you will just have to pay the co-pay on your prescription. Delivery is always FREE and you can schedule it at a day and time that is convenient to you

  5. Who will deliver my medications? Is it safe and secure?

    All our delivery drivers undergo a rigorous background check and we have multiple safety measures in place to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your medications. Your medications will always be delivered in a sealed bag.
